By using inkivio.com you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Inkivio is a custom T-shirt printing service. We print and ship your design on demand.

2. Your Order

Each item is made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your design carefully before checkout.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate this policy.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to artwork you upload. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all content in your design. Inkivio takes no responsibility for copyright infringement caused by customer-supplied artwork.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga.
